RTV Terms & Conditions 

  • All customers will be text 24 hours before the valet. If it is not accepted or confirmed before 17:00 on the day we text, the slot will be cancelled and offered out and we will reschedule you to the next available times.
  • Although we have a gazebo to use, we do rely on fair weather conditions. If we are unable to complete work due to bad weather we will rebook with you at the earliest mutually convenient date.
  • We require 24 hours notice to cancel any booking. Cancellation charges may occur or deposit may be required for future bookings.
  • Customers should remove all personal belongings, from their vehicle prior to any type of valet. Boots / door pockets / centre consoles will be left if any belongings are left in there.
  • Car seats will not be removed or fitted.
  • A Safe place is required to work on your vehicle, we can request the vehicle to be moved or reschedule if the staff do feel safe/comfortable to work in a unsafe area. This includes Pets or children near the vehicle for their own safety.
  • *WE NEED ACCESS TO PARK OUR VAN BEHIND/IN FRONT OR AT THE SIDE OF YOUR VEHICLE*
  • Our valeting times are an estimate only. Sometimes (rarely) we are running behind or running ahead it all depends on conditions of the vehicles.
  • Our prices are based on valet type & type of car. Excessive cleaning charges may be applied if the vehicle exceeds a time slot
  • Payments can be made via Cash, Bank Transfer all payments must be paid after the service is completed. If payment is not completed charges may occur or other action taken
  • We will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviours be encountered.
  • RTValets are a fully insured company we follow the T&C via our insurance providers (please request).
  • Electricity may be required.
  • We do not hold the responsibility of any flat batteries on the vehicle please ensure all lights are off once the staff member has completed the valet.
  • Anyone outside the 20 mile radius [WA9 / WA1 ] may incur charges.
  • We may take photos of your vehicle please alert a staff member if you wish for photos not to be taken.
  • Gift Certificates may be used as full or part payment within 12months of issued date.
  • When customers contact us, we only store the contact details if a booking is made. Details will be deleted after a year of the last booking. Your details will not be shared with anybody else.
  • We reserve the right to take a debit or credit card details to secure the booking via paysafe.

  • These terms are accepted upon securing a booking with RTValets unless said otherwise by a Staff member.
